Football fans are in for a treat this weekend with eight Premier League fixtures set to be played on Saturday, and two on Sunday.
Crystal Palace face Liverpool in the early kick off, a game where Jurgen Klopp’s side should have too much for lowly Palace.
Palace were 2-0 winners at Huddersfield last time out, but Liverpool’s 5-0 demolition of Watford the same weekend proved they are still in the hunt for second spot before the season finishes.
According to the Las Vegas Sportsbooks Odds, despite Manchester United being above Liverpool and in second right now, Klopp’s sides’ scintilating form gives them a huge chance of finishing above their bitter rivals.
Brighton could move further away from the relegation zone should they beat Leicester City. The Foxes look almost certs for a top ten finish already, and will be a stern test for Chris Hughton’s.
Man Utd host Swansea, a side sitting four points outside of the relegation zone. Jose Mourinho’s side are two points ahead of Liverpool, and have a game in hand, so three points here would go a long way to frustrating their rivals.
Newcastle battle it out with Huddersfield in one of two relegation six-pointers, the other being West Ham hosting Southampton.
Watford face Bournemouth, with a win for either side only pushing them further away from the relegation zone, similarly for Burnley, who travel to West Brom – a side devoid of confidence, and looking doomed.
The late kick off sees Everton host the ‘champions elect’, Manchester City. Everton have been harder to beat under Sam Allardyce, but a victory for City should be straightforward.
There are two games on the Sunday, the first a trip to Arsenal for Stoke City, with the final game of the weekend a tasty affair between Chelsea and Spurs at Stamford Bridge, two sides that are battling for a top four finish.
